Package prices start at $50 per three-month period and include up to ten color photos at no extra cost; some include placement on the HistoricHomesteads.com home page as featured old home listings and receive customized yard signs in the mail. Thanks to the web site's account-based structure, sellers can manage multiple historic listings at once, and all information is protected by secure socket layer (SSL) technology through digital certificate provider GeoTrust.
Historic Homesteads was established in 2004 by Steven Thomas Plac, a Licensed Real Estate Broker with a passion for historic properties and the knowledge of marketing and selling real estate online.
